Automation systems are technological solutions applied to repetitive activities to optimize and simplify processes and operating costs.

The Automation & Systems Department designs communication network architectures and technological systems for the automation of industrial processes, with a view to integrating them into supervisory and asset management software.

Some of the examples of automated industrial processes we have carried out are:

  • Packaging and materials handling processes
  • Design, development of dedicated control software (SCADA) and quality inspection
  • Food and beverage processing lines
  • Integration and implementation of integrated management systems (MES - Manufacturing Executing System)

Integrating the various stages of an industrial process, such as cleaning, milling, packaging, etc. in a mill, is one of the tasks of the Automation Department team. Integration is based on the construction of communication networks between equipment, providing access to the information they make available in the automation, control, supervision and management system.
